The Role
Join NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde as a Hearing Screener and play a vital role in giving every newborn the best possible start in life. Working within a skilled and supportive Audiology team, you will carry out hearing screening for babies across maternity units and community settings. This rewarding role involves direct contact with newborns and their families, providing reassurance, support and essential early detection of hearing needs.
Duration, Location and Working Pattern
- Duration: Permanent
- Location: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Maternity
- Hours: Full Time (36 hours)
- Working Pattern: Monday–Sunday (must be comfortable with a shift pattern over 7 days)
