High Performance Computing (HPC) Systems Engineer


Basic Qualifications :

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on Linux experience ( RHEL, CentOS) and production infrastructure support ( networking, storage, monitoring, compute, installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrade, retirement)

• Experience in system administration and technical support ( installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrade, retirement, problem resolution)

• Experience in HPC technologies such as parallel/distributed files systems ( Lustre, GPFS), high speed interconnect fabrics ( Infiniband, Omni-Path), and HPC batch scheduling software suites ( PBSPro, SLURM)

• Experience with Panasas/Vdura storage support

• Proficiency in technical writing and documentation of solutions

• Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly across organization boundaries

• Self-starter with the ability to spot potential for process improvement
