Project Manager – High-Rise Residential & Mixed-Use Construction

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale residential and mixed-use construction projects in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This individual will play a key role in managing projects from pre-construction through final turnover, ensuring all aspects of safety, quality, schedule, budget, and stakeholder coordination are executed to a high standard.
Working closely with senior leadership, consultants, site teams, and subcontractors, the Project Manager will be responsible for driving project performance while maintaining strong relationships across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support project execution alongside the Site Superintendent to ensure all company safety plans, policies, procedures, and industry standards are consistently followed and maintained on site.
