Higher Level Teaching Assistant for Secondary SRP: Mosaic

King’s Academy Binfield are looking to appoint a highly motivated, dynamic and innovative High Level Teaching Assistant to join our growing Specialist Resource Provision: Mosaic. This is an incredibly exciting time to join the team as we continue to grow.

Applicants will be joining a faculty that:

• Seeks opportunities to work collaboratively across the academies through dedicated planning and meeting time with the wider team which is built into timetabled hours for staff each week
• Is passionate about SEND specific CPD
• Is motivated to look for opportunities to improve the well‑being and workload of its staff
• Understands the importance of our SEND provision and prioritising this through our Academy Improvement offer at all levels
• Is reflective and focused on improving teaching and learning at all levels
• Developing exciting and innovative alternative learning pathways for those with the highest levels of SEND
