Our network includes 32 hospitals and multiple physician offices. WHAT WILL YOU DO This individual is responsible for accessioning and preparing specimens for gross examination, maintaining logs and preparing specimens for transport to the histology laboratory. He/she may perform routine and limited special stains for immediate diagnosis. Other duties include weighing and measuring specimens, assisting with the gross, embedding specimens, operating the tissue processor and cutting.
