Home-Based RBM & RBQM Senior Manager – Latin America

Fortrea is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager to lead centralized monitoring, RBM and RBQM initiatives across Latin America. You will oversee monitoring activities at site, regional, and study levels and partner with trial leads, CRAs, PMs, and sponsors to drive risk-based strategies and analytics.

The role requires a Life Sciences-related degree, 10–12 years in clinical research, RBQM/RBM experience, and fluent English. This is a fully remote Latin America position with global study influence.
