Home Cleaning Specialists support elderly residents under the Enhanced Home Personal Care (HPC+) framework by maintaining safe, clean, and comfortable living environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cleaning tasks tailored to elderly households
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism
  • Work respectfully within occupied homes
  • Follow BUTLER® Housekeeping and HPC+ service protocols
  • Highlight and report observations or additional needs where required
Requirements
  • Physically able to perform cleaning tasks
  • Patient, respectful, and service-oriented
  • Comfortable working with elderly residents
  • Willingness to undergo training
