Education/Experience:

Licensed to practice medicine with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario

Demonstrated experience working within interprofessional practice model

Knowledge of applicable acts, regulations, legislation, programs and policies 

Skills/Abilities:

Superior ability to communicate effectively and concisely and to provide / explain relevant information in response to inquiries or issues at a level appropriate to the audience

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships or partnerships with a diverse range of individuals
