Hotel Cluster Sales Director: Growth & Strategy

Hilton is seeking a Cluster Director of Sales to drive revenue growth across all hotel segments within a UAE-based cluster. You will lead pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies while guiding forecasting and strategic planning to meet commercial targets.

You will cultivate relationships with Hilton Worldwide Sales, CVBs, and key partners, and develop a high-performing sales team through ongoing coaching and recruitment. This role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
