HOTEL & SALES MANAGER / CINTSA EAST

The Hotel and Sales Manager will oversee daily hotel operations while driving revenue growth in all hospitality divisions.

Minimum Requirements Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in hotel management or hospitality sales. Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Eastern Cape corporate and tourism market is highly preferred. Driver's License: Valid South African driver's license and own reliable vehicle (required for client visits). Skills: Proficient in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) like Semper and Nights Bridge, plus strong Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
