Housekeeper

Duties:

Clean and prepare guest rooms according to 5* standards SOPs
Change linen, towels and replenish amenities daily. As per SOP`s.
Clean bathrooms, patios, furniture and fixtures.
Vacuum, dust and sanitise all guest spaces.
Report maintenance defects immediately.
Ensure minibar and guest supplies are replenished.
Handle guest requests professionally and handover to supervisors.
Maintain housekeeping trolleys and cleaning equipment.
Follow health, hygiene and safety procedures.
Assist with laundry and linen management.
Ensure room presentation aligns with luxury standards.
