- Exceed guest expectations from arrival to departure across all areas of their stay.
- Ensure all guest special requests and requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled by relevant departments.
- Deliver consistently high standards of service at all times.
- Use creative thinking to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Adhere to and maintain health and safety standards at all times.
- Minimum of 2 years housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and housekeeping methods.
