About the Role

One&Only The Palm in Dubai is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor for its Housekeeping team. The role includes ensuring smooth operation of both front‑house and back‑house areas, supporting company procedures and policies, and maintaining guest satisfaction at the highest standard. You will report to the Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper and directly supervise shifts in designated areas.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience within a 5-star hotel or resort environment.
• Experience in a supervisory capacity within Housekeeping.
• Ability to make sound independent decisions and handle guests and colleagues at all levels.
• Strong communication skills and confident, mature personal presence.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; fluency in another European language is highly regarded.
