HOUSING MANGEMENT SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a HOUSING MANGEMENT SPECIALIST in the FLEET and FAMILY HOUSING DEPARTMENT (N93) of NSA ANNAPOLIS. Responsibilities You will use computer software to document contract phases of repairs and maintenance are being met and recorded. You will conduct housekeeping inspections during occupancy to ensure residents are meeting sanitation standards. You will compose changes to housing policies, procedures, and practices to increase efficiency. You will perform other duties at the discretion and direction of management.
