About the Role

We are currently setting up a HR Services Hub to service our sites and businesses across Ireland, the UK and Northern Ireland. This Services Hub will provide comprehensive solutions for employees, managers and other business partners through HR technology and common processes.

The employee population for this client group is approximately 350, ranging from the most senior executives in the business to manufacturing sites.

This role will be hybrid-based in our Ossett site in the UK and will report to the HR Hub Services Lead. As HR Advisor you will provide support and guidance on human resources matters, including employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance with UK labour laws.
