Position Overview

Timekeeping

  • Ensures timely and accurate enrolment and completion of documents of newly hired employees in timekeeping system. 

  • Conducts timekeeping orientation to all newly hired employees.

  • Overall in charge for the proper coordination of timekeeping and system issue to the provider for proper implementation of policies. 

  • Ensures that timekeeping data are accurate and schedules are updated as coordinated to the department supervisors and leads.

  • Downloads timekeeping information. Reviews and validates downloaded data and submits final data for review.

  • Processes timekeeping data of all Cohu Employees on a specified payroll cut-off. 

  • Reviews and validates pay adjustments related to timekeeping.

  • Safe keeps all timekeeping records of employees based on set retention period.
