Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Receive and process leave requests manually from various Business Units (BUs), ensuring all required information and approvals are obtained.
- Perform bulk uploading of leave entries into the HR system, maintaining accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct thorough cross-checking of all leave entries to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors.
- Update employee records with leave resumption dates promptly and accurately.
- Generate and distribute regular leave eligibility reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed analysis of leave entitlements, identifying potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Respond to employee queries regarding leave balances, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll by gathering and verifying necessary data, including attendance, leave, and any deductions/additions.
