Position Overview

Job Summary:

Responsible as single point of contact for any HR related matters, including but not limited to recruitment, employee / organization development, employee services, performance management, industrial relations in order to enable and mature managers to become self- sufficient with regards to employee relation matters. Develop and implement better people management practices on a board range of human resource policies, programs, and practices.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Control, conduct and evaluate the recruitment process in the organization and liaise with head hunter if needed, conduct job interviews for staff – GM level, and ensure on boarding requirements are done within timeline, keep track of recruitment lead time.
