HR Business Partner

Blend is seeking an experienced, energetic Human Resources Business Partner to join our Mexico team.

The Role

You will own the full employee lifecycle and strategic HR function for our operations in Mexico. This role requires you to be comfortable with ambiguity, self‑directed, and genuinely excited about both high‑level HR design and the operational rigor that makes it work.

Strategic Partnership & Culture Building

• Partner with business leaders and members of the global People Operations team on talent strategy, organizational design, and people decisions that directly impact business outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on leadership development, succession planning, and retention of key talent.
• Design and champion culture initiatives that reinforce Blend values and create belonging across the region.
• Lead conversations around employee engagement, performance, and development with empathy and business acumen.
