Position Overview
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources and Compliance functions across the Group, ensuring alignment with the Company's business objectives.
- Develop, implement and continuously review HR policies, procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal controls to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations, including the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp, PDPA and other statutory obligations.
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, probation, confirmation, promotion, performance management, disciplinary matters, contract renewals and employee separation.
