Position Overview
Job Description – HR Executive Location: Mumbai (Dadar) Experience: 2–3 Years Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
Handle HR operations such as employee documentation, HRMS updates, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and employee record maintenance.
Address employee queries and grievances while supporting engagement and retention initiatives.
Manage onboarding, exit formalities, background verification, and HR documentation.
Prepare HR reports, maintain recruitment trackers, and support day-to-day HR activities. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Generalist functions.
Good knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
