HR Generalist: Elevate Onboarding & People Experience

Charger Logistics Inc. in Mexico is seeking an HR Generalist to support onboarding, payroll administration, and employee relations across our North American operations.

You will manage tasks such as offer letters, background checks, leaves, and benefits enrollment, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate has an HR degree, at least two years of experience, strong communication skills, proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently in a
