Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Min. 1 year of experience in HR (generalist preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HR principles & employment laws
- Proficiency in MS Office & HRIS systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & organizational skills
- Familiarity with payroll processing/coordination
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
