Qualifications

  • Graduate of Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or any related course
  • At least 2 years of HR experience in timekeeping, recruitment, and government-mandated benefits
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Hands‑on experience in end-to-end recruitment and hiring process
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and with strong coordination and communication skill
  • Can handle confidential information with integrity

  • Handle employee timekeeping, attendance, overtime, undertime, and leave records
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and coordination of hiring requirements
