HR Generalist

The HR Generalist Executive efficiently administers key human resource functions. This role will manage HR operations such as but not limited to recruitment, employee lifecycle, payroll and benefits administration, HR records managementand fostering a positive work culture.

• Manages the recruitment process from the management of manpower requisitions to sourcing, interviewing, job offers, completion and collection of pre-hire requirements up until onboarding
• Ensures accurate and efficient HR documentation, including completion of the applicant tracking system, application records, letter of appointments/contracts, and relevant reports such as but not limited to the New Hire List, Weekly Hiring Tracker, Applicant Tracker , etc.
• Manages and endorses processing of work permits and ensures that the quota of foreign workers is closely monitored and reviewed
