A client within the Construction sector is seeking a full‑time, on‑site HR Generalist on a 4‑month fixed‑term contract (maternity cover) to start immediately. You'll provide comprehensive, hands‑on human resources support to the HR Manager. The role ensures the smooth running of the HR function across various operational sites, departments, and projects.

The successful candidate will play a central role in managing the employee contract lifecycle, coordinating onboarding and exit administration, and facilitating accurate time, attendance, and payroll support.
