Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including supporting job description creation, posting job advertisements, sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and coordinating hiring feedback.
Ensure clear, consistent, and professional communication with candidates to deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee entry and exit from the organization.
Support internal communication and employer branding initiatives, including events and local recruitment activities.
Handle day‑to‑day HR administrative operations, including preparation of employment documentation and maintenance of accurate and up‑to‑date personnel files.
