Position Overview
Job Purpose
Ensure compliance with legal obligations, personnel services and payroll processes, in accordance with the group's policies and strategies and applicable legislation, thus contributing to maintaining a healthy work environment within the organization, in order to ensure that it complies with internal, client, and organizational requirements. IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Attend audit processes.
- Implement HR compliance in the implementation of Policies and Processes (CTPAT, NEEC, SOX, Internal Control, Ethics).
- Manage the Payroll process properly, on time, and addressing employee concerns, doubts, and payroll issues.
- Manage Personnel Services: Cafeteria, Transportation.
- Implement actions and commitment on communication, recognition, integration.
