HR Manager- 6 Month Contract

Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:

• Attention to detail in all forms of communication, written and verbal.
• Operational HR functions, recruitment, Health & Safety, development, culture and engagement.
• Manage the Recruiting and On-Boarding process for all new employees including our one-day Rev up Program.
• Administer employee recognition program (OC Tanner).
• Manage the Performance Review process by running monthly status reports to ensure completion.
• Schedules require training for employees and follows up with employees and managers to ensure training is completed.
• Implement and lead an effective performance management system and staff development plans.
• Supports hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process, establishing regular touchpoints and providing support where needed.
• Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation.
