Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a leading fit-out contractor for an experienced HR Manager . Were looking for a hands-on HR generalist who has led HR in construction / fit-out / manufacturing can manage a high-volume site office workforce and ensure full HR legal and HSE compliance while supporting business growth.

You will lead the end-to-end HR function talent acquisition HR operations employee relations government relations (PRO) camp management and HSE culture acting as a strategic HR business partner to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
