Position Overview

Responsibilities:
1. HR Leadership & Strategy:
  • Execute HR and talent strategy for workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and succession.
  • Lead and supervise the HR team (HR Officers, Recruitment Specialist, support staff).
  • Advise management on manpower planning and organizational structure.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Drive Emiratization and ensure compliance with UAE national workforce requirements.
  • Represent HR in management/HOD meetings.
  • Oversee HR audits, ISO readiness, and labour law compliance.

2. Recruitment & Workforce Planning:
  • Manage and supervise full-cycle recruitment and onboarding activities.
