The HR Manager, Emerging Talent Programs and External Affairs, is a senior, multi-functional role responsible for driving key human resource initiatives across four interconnected areas: external affairs and university partnerships, emerging talent and internship management, recruitment, and organizational development. This position plays a critical role in building a strong and sustainable talent pipeline while supporting the internal development of the organization's workforce.
We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in talent attraction, external linkages and university partnerships.
