Position Overview
As an HR Officer Volunteer, you will support recruitment and employer branding activities by promoting job opportunities across various job boards and online platforms. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that approved vacancies receive maximum visibility by posting and sharing them on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, WhatsApp groups, and other assigned channels.
Key Responsibilities
Post and promote approved job vacancies on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other assigned job boards.
Share job opportunities across JobPilotNG WhatsApp groups and relevant online communities.
Ensure job postings are accurate, complete, and published according to provided guidelines.
Monitor posted vacancies and update listings when required.
Assist with employer visibility initiatives by increasing the reach of job advertisements.
Maintain records of jobs posted and platforms used.
Follow posting schedules and recruitment promotion instructions provided by the team.
