is responsible for executing and managing end-to-end employee life cycle processes with a focus on system administration, stakeholder support, and seamless service delivery. This role ensures smooth operations from employee hire to retirement while maintaining compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and driving continuous process improvements.
