Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities  Lead and manage the HR and Payroll Service Delivery team. 
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. 
Attend and facilitate monthly performance review meetings with the client. 
Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the Code of Conduct. 
Oversee HR and payroll operations using Workday and Excelity. 
Ensure service continuity, quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of HR and payroll services. 
Manage staff deployment, handovers, and resource replacements as required. 
Identify and support continuous process improvement initiatives. 
Ensure compliance with all applicable operational, statutory, and regulatory requirements. 
 Requirements  At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR and payroll operations or service delivery.
