Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR and Payroll Service Delivery team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Attend and facilitate monthly performance review meetings with the client.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the Code of Conduct.
- Oversee HR and payroll operations using Workday and Excelity.
- Ensure service continuity, quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of HR and payroll services.
- Manage staff deployment, handovers, and resource replacements as required.
- Identify and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable operational, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
