Position Overview
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform daily HR duties, such as employee recruitment, work pass application, payroll, compensation, and employee benefits, following rules and regulations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, MOM work pass, and disciplinary issues.
- Dedicated to delivering excellence in client service and fostering a high-performance culture for our employees and teams.
- Recognize current issues within a business that could have adverse effects on profitability or tarnish the company’s brand image.
- Daily report to the Expat Director on HR and other administrative matters.
- Lead and manage the team to ensure high performance on HR matters.
- Offer guidance on HR issues such as conduct and discipline.
