Position Overview

            Roles & Responsibilities Perform daily HR duties, such as employee recruitment, work pass application, payroll, compensation, and employee benefits, following rules and regulations in a timely and accurate manner. 
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, MOM work pass, and disciplinary issues. 
Dedicated to delivering excellence in client service and fostering a high-performance culture for our employees and teams. 
Recognize current issues within a business that could have adverse effects on profitability or tarnish the company’s brand image. 
Daily report to the Expat Director on HR and other administrative matters. 
Lead and manage the team to ensure high performance on HR matters. 
Offer guidance on HR issues such as conduct and discipline. 
Create and give presentations showcasing areas of improvement for the business.
