Position Overview

Responsibilities of HR Senior Executive / Assistant Manager:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring processes and employee onboarding.
  • Payroll Processing: Handle monthly payroll, statutory contributions, and CPF submissions.
  • Work Pass Management: Oversee applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes.
  • Employee Relations: Address grievances and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, track leave manually, and update policies as needed.
  • Training & Development: Organize training sessions and maintain training records.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in relevant field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of full spectrum HR experience in manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
