Job Description
Reporting to the HR Shared Service Administration Team Leader, the HR Shared Services Administrator will act as first point of contact across the business for all HR administration and provide a comprehensive service supporting all HR transactional work.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00 (hybrid working)
Key Duties of an HR Shared Services Administrator:
- Making appropriate system changes in relation to, New Starters, Leavers, Temporary Workers, Benefits, Pension and Payroll.
- Monitoring and responding to emails coming into the HR Services email box.
- Raise Approval to Recruits (ATR) for Non-Management positions in the Group.
- Raise Payroll Adjustment Forms (PAF) for the employees employed by the Group.
- Processing new starters, movers and leavers.
- Initiating reference requests for new starters and accurately complete external requests for referen...
