HR Shared Services Specialist is responsible for the administration, coordination, and support of Canadian employee benefit programs and leave management processes. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, managers, vendors, and HR partners, ensuring accurate and timely administration of health and welfare benefits, pension plans, disability programs, leaves of absence, and time‑off programs. The Specialist delivers exceptional employee service while ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, company policies, and plan requirements.
