Responsibilities
Assist in updating and maintaining the Employee Handbook and HR policiesSupport daily HR operations including attendance, leave, and travel managementSupport administration of employee benefits including medical, 401(k), and life/disability insuranceRespond to employee inquiries related to HR and benefitsMaintain and update employee and payroll data in SAP ERP and ADP Payroll systemsSupport HR system operations and data accuracySupport recruitment processes (job postings, interview coordination, documentation)Assist with onboarding for new hires and offboarding for departing employeesManage corporate card usage and expense processingSupport office operations, facility management, and vendor coordinationMaintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized work environmentProvide HR and administrative support to management and internal teams
