Distro is seeking an individual passionate about HR systems and data analysis. This role involves managing vendor files, validating benefits, and collaborating with vendors for technical improvements.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience with U.S. benefits in HRIS and a strong proficiency in English. After the initial on-site training period of 3 months, the work will transition to remote.
