Overview
The HR Manager will serve a dual-function role, combining operational HR partnering (60%) with ownership of Learning & Development initiatives (40%). This role is designed to support Calamba Manufacturing Operations and support groups with day-to-day people matters while also building workforce capability through structured development programs. The role has a stronger execution focus, with hands-on involvement in employee lifecycle management and direct ownership of training design and delivery.
