About the job Huawei Service Delivery Engineer
- Design, deploy and build IP network infrastructure
- Manage support cases end to end
- Monitor and analyze network logs and events
- Manage device lifecycle including upgrades and updates
- Familiar with IT networks
- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Basic Knowledge and understanding on Network
- CCNA or equivalent
- Good team player
- Must aspire to a culture of service excellence, always putting the customer, our people and our business at the center of everything they do.
- Able to understand and deliver services which are provided on a 24x7x365 basis.
- Must be able to work proactively and under pressure.
- Willingness to travel (possibly internationally)
