KM2 Solutions is seeking a CRM Operations / HubSpot Administrator to support and optimize an enterprise‑level HubSpot environment for a fast‑growing US‑based client.

This role will focus on workflows, automation, permissions management, CRM operations, and process improvement across a large customer and user environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage HubSpot configuration, workflows, automations, and permissions
• Support CRM operations and process improvements
• Partner with leadership and operational teams to identify business needs and scalable solutions
• Maintain data integrity and user management across the platform
• Support integrations between HubSpot and other systems
• Assist with ongoing platform enhancements and optimization initiatives
