HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedHR Executive to support our HR operations. This role offers exposure to both payroll and general HR functions in a dynamic and collaborative environment located at Joo Koon.

• Assist in accurate and timely payroll processing
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support HR operations, including leave, claims, and benefits administration
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
• Oversee and manage the work permit application, renewal and cancellation process
• Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and payroll matters
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
• Plan and organize Employee Engagement Activities and Events
• Familiar with Singapore employment law
• Any other ad‑hoc duties assigned by the superior
