Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR administration and employee records.Review and verify monthly payroll inputs and assist with payroll administration.Coordinate recruitment activities, including interviews, onboarding, and induction.Provide Employee Relations and Industrial Relations support to managers and employees.Conduct investigations, draft disciplinary documentation, coordinate hearings, and assist with grievance processes.Ensure compliance with labour legislation and internal HR policies.Maintain accurate HRIS records and personnel files.Assist with HR audits, reporting, Employment Equity, and HR compliance initiatives.Coordinate leave administration, attendance records, overtime, and employee documentation.Support line managers across multiple operational sites with day-to-day HR matters.Assist with IOD/CO...
