Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage day-to-day HR administration and employee records.

  • Review and verify monthly payroll inputs and assist with payroll administration.

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including interviews, onboarding, and induction.

  • Provide Employee Relations and Industrial Relations support to managers and employees.

  • Conduct investigations, draft disciplinary documentation, coordinate hearings, and assist with grievance processes.

  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation and internal HR policies.

  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and personnel files.

  • Assist with HR audits, reporting, Employment Equity, and HR compliance initiatives.

  • Coordinate leave administration, attendance records, overtime, and employee documentation.
