Human Resources Business Partner HRBP, APAC (6 months contract)

As the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for APAC, you will serve as a strategic bridge between HR and functional leadership, ensuring workforce capabilities are aligned with Axis’ long‑term objectives. You will execute the HR strategy within our Head Region, fostering an environment where operations and people strategy move in lockstep. You will handle the operational employee life cycle from advisory to execution and lead by example to keep the Axis culture vibrant, inclusive, and thriving.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Implement the HR roadmap for regional functions, partnering proactively with Function Directors and the APAC Leadership team to drive business growth.
• Culture & Engagement: Facilitate high employee engagement and retention by providing frontline insight and strategic advice on talent management, conflict resolution, and organizational health.
