Human Resources Business Partner (Manufacturing)

Job Overview

The HRBP will provide overall HR support to our various manufacturing and warehouse locations across Canada. This includes providing functional assistance in all areas such as employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, health & safety, Workday HRIS data management, policy implementation, learning & development, and various HR projects and initiatives. Coordinate employee relations issues with a diverse scope, focusing on developing partnerships with Supervisors and Managers. Ensure smooth and efficient business operations by managing administrative duties in day-to-day HR matters. Provides support in facility roll‑outs and implementation of various functional initiatives such as Talent Management, Total Rewards, Diversity and Inclusion, and Employee Engagement. This full‑time position requires on‑site presence 4 days per week in our Bradford head office with 1‑day remote work.
