PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To facilitate the quality Talent Management (TM) process and ensure integration of all the applicable TM components in order to provide the company with the appropriate talent thereby enhancing productivity of all employees and offering return on investment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
National DiplomaDegreeBTech in HRM or related fields (NQF 6/7) is essential
Honours degree in HR or related fields is essential
Registered as a Psychometrist is desirable
4-6 years HR or related experience is essential
Previous working experience in EE Transformation and/or Psychometry field is desirable
Valid Medical Certificate or be medically fit in order to obtain such a certificate
