Position Overview

A. RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING

  • 100% recruitment requirements are duly filled up within the turn around time.
  • Oversees all pre-employment requirements, documents and orientation are completed upon 1 month employment.
  • Oversees the clearance process of the separated employees, ensures that 100% of the separation documents are filled out, signed and notarized as needed.
  • Ensures 100% coordination regarding renewal of contracts, procedures and immediate concerns.
  • Issuance of COEs.
  • Conduct trainings and seminars.
  • Updates and monitor 201/Employee Masterfile database, active and separated.

B. EMPLOYEE RELATION AND EVALUATION

  • Reviews and updates the Code of Discipline and incorporates all changes as needed.
  • Ensures timely preparation of employee notices and sanctions for violations of the company Code of Discipline, then endorses them for review and approval.
